ingredients locally wherever possible, and in other cases from within Scotland. This is your opportunity to try traditional Scots oatmeal porridge, haggis, and locally raised and
smoked bacon. Those who like fish may prefer to try our Galloway smoked kippers or haddock, or perhaps kedgeree made with either the traditional smoked haddock, or, for a touch of luxury, with locally smoked salmon.
