MINIMUM STAY (2 nights and over)

Per person per night sharing Ł35.00 to Ł37.50

SINGLE OCCUPANCY - per night Ł60.00 to Ł70.00

The above prices are for payment by cash, cheque or sterling Traveller's Cheques.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking is required to confirm a booking.
Please make cheques payable to "Smithy House B&B."
We regret that we do not accept credit or debit cards due to the high level of bank charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-
A reservation, whether by letter, e-mail, fax or telephone, is a legally binding contract. To confirm your booking, a deposit for 50% of the total cost of the stay is required. This can be paid by cash or cheque. Cancellations made ten or more nights in advance will forfeit the deposit. If cancellation is made less than ten nights in advance, the total value of the booking becomes payable. HOWEVER, in either case, if the room can be re-let, there will be NO charge for any night which has been re-let, other than for any expenses incurred. If guests fail to arrive without notification the full amount of the booking becomes payable.
